Yoga Cross Training

Over the past 10+ years I have developed a unique personal training method which brings together the breath, flow and poses of Yoga with calisthenic exercise and Ayurvedic wellness. This combination of work, flow and meditative concentration strengthens and cleanses the cardiovascular, respiratory and lymphatic system, energizes metabolism and vitality, strengthens muscle and connective tissue, quiets the mind and brings the body to greater health, performance and freedom. Programs are highly personalized to respond to your goals, needs and flow of life each and every day.


Each training session is designed to meet your body, mind and spirit where you are that day and time. After a brief check-in, you will move your body through sequential variations to build strength and mobility, presence and balance. Work may incorporate TRX suspension training, yoga blocks, weights, bars, bands, balls or steps.  "Home practice" sequences and prompts will be given if desired and appropriate.

All creatures deserve happiness and freedom. 

Many obstacles stand in their way. 

Asanas (yoga poses) are small obstacles we erect between our happiness and ourselves in order to prepare for the large hurdles in life.  If we put all of our attention on the momentary hurdles in life and forget the ultimate goal, the obstacles become insurmountable.  When our attention is fixed on the goal, which is happiness, each barrier is cleared easily. 

When the vision is clear, the means will appear.
