Elemental Magick draws down ancient wisdom through remembered intuition, ceremony and embodied lightweaving. EM is daily rituals and lifestyle habits that attune to the natural world and bring you back into harmony with the cycles around and within you. EM is about living in sync with the ebb and flow of energy that is always moving and changing so nothing is forced but always flowing. This includes sleeping and eating habits, times of solitude and community and the ups and downs of energy flow. EM seeks to alchemize the barriers to this flow through awakening awareness in the body.
To this end, EM utilizes the framework of Ayurveda and Yoga, Pagan philosophy and ritual, Intuitive lightwork and Subtle body awareness.
