Ayurvedic Flow at Embodied
Align your yoga practice with the qualities that present in this season, on this day, exactly as you are. Ayurveda, the "science of life" offers us an elegant perspective from which to witness your Self in any state of balance and to meet this nature in flow. This class begins with a guided integration to notice what is showing up in our bodies, breath and being. We then move gently into yoga flow and deepening breath to meet these qualities, call in constitutional balance and strengthen our practice with an organic, moderate session. When life is hard, may we be soft. When the season is cold, may we find warmth. When our world moves fast, may our practice slow down and bring us to harmony, grace and health. This class is open to all levels of practice, come as you are and flow with the beauty of Ayurveda.
