Harness the balancing energy of the Vernal (Spring) Equinox (March 20th) on the Equator! This year's dynamic retreat will focus on bringing harmony to all aspects of our lives: cultivating wholeness, connection and contentment.
What does *being in balance* mean to you? What habits and practices bring you *in to balance*? How do you honor your unique needs when you feel *out of balance* to come back home to harmony once again?
Become aware of how to live a more healthy, sustainable, and harmonious life. Learn about the different balancing forces at play and practice in a way that brings your being into alignment. Discourse topics will include;

* Oriental principles of Yin & Yang
* Balance within the Ayurvedic Doshas: Pitta, Vata & Kapha
